No! As long as we have access to your yard from a gate, we can enter and do the cleanup even if you are away. We will notify you via text message when we are 2 hours or less from your house and then we will text you again once the service has been completed.

Our technicians clean the equipment and their shoes before leaving your house and going to the next. This way there is no worry of potential disease transmission from one yard to the next. Our goal is to keep your dogs healthy!

Yes! We can clean anywhere that dog waste is a concern including back, front and side yards. Just let us know where your dog does their business and we will be sure to check that area during our visit.

Absolutely not! You may cancel your service at any time by calling or emailing us to let us know. 

Definitely! We love dogs, but we ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression to please keep them inside while we are cleaning your yard. If your dog is aggressive towards our staff, we will ask you to put them inside or we may remove you from our route. Our safety and your pets are our priority.

Not always. Our routes vary based on drive time optimization and staff scheduling. We will do our best to notify you via text message when our planned arrival is, but no guarantees.

Rates are dependent on size of yard, frequency requested and number of dogs. Prices start at $60 per month, but vary based on those factors. Contact us for a free quote!

Depending on your trash service, we will either double bag and throw the poop away in your trash can or leave neatly next to your house for you to dispose of. Otherwise, we will haul the poop away and dispose of it properly.

Upon completing your service, we will send you a text with a photo of your closed gate. You will know the service has been completed and that your pet cannot escape your yard!
